NOTE! The previous figure posted initially was erroneous. The number of participants in this run was 14, and as I had not updated it in the plotting function, a few populations "bled over" to each other in the figure. All individual bars/admixture proportions in the spreadsheet are unaffected.

Something doesn't make sense : How is that the Chuvash show that much West-AFrican ??
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip. Could either be a plotting problem, or DOD142 (an East Eurasian from a previously unsampled population) screwing something up. I'll check it out.
